The multi-purpose Dimuken DC-8203 Die Cutter model is designed to execute many "Value Added" processes on sprocket fed checks, certificates, documents, forms, labels, mailers and tickets, all of which enhance the product to give greater value. It is equally useful for repair work.
This compact free standing unit is suitable for short to medium length runs and is quick to set up and operate. Production change sizes can be completed in a matter of minutes with negligible wastage.

 

Operating Principle

Like all other modules in the Dimuken range the DC-8203 Die Cutter module is designed to be used as a "stand alone" unit or in conjunction with other off-line finishing machines which use sprocket fed paper.
The web is fed over a Tandem Control Unit sited on the floor which signals to the Die Cutter when paper is available for processing. Upon receiving the signal to start, the Die Cutter processes the paper in accordance with the tooling fitted and the commands keyed into the Soft Touch Control Panel when setting up.
Tooling is placed on the head and bed of machine and is held firmly in position by powerful electro-magnets. Full logic Micro-Processor control gives amazing flexibility and years of outstanding trouble free use.
The heavy duty caster wheels allow the Die Cutter model to be re-sited to suit production requirements with the minimum of effort.
